Return & Refund Policy

At Kiddiekins, we want every parent and child to be happy with their purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7–14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn and unwashed

    • In original packaging with tags attached

    • Free from stains, odors, or damage

  • Personalized, custom-made, or clearance/sale items are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Return Process

  1. Email us at oumajausa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will confirm if your return is eligible.

  3. Ship the product back to the address provided (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect).

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange for a different size or color, please mention it in your return request.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Kiddiekins will cover all costs for replacement or refund in such cases.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, personalized/custom items, and final sale products are not eligible for return or refund.
